Warranty conditions

Dear customers, you are kindly asked to pay your attention to the fact that we do bear warranty responsibility for the goods and installation under the condition we provided the full set of services (measurement, delivery, elevation and installation) and in the event of proper operation of the installed system by you. The warranty (for hidden manufacturing defects) is applied to the goods (sliding systems, sliding doors, hidden doors) by the manufacturer for 24 months from the moment of delivery. The date the warranty comes into effect is the one specified in the bill or the sales receipt. The risk of accidental loss or damaging the goods passes to the consumer from the moment of transfer.

The case is not defined as a warranty case and leads to the discontinuance of warranty period if:

• The warranty is restricted in such a way as to give the factory the possibility to replace the defective parts with the new ones;
• Bears no responsibility for the interference on the part of the purchaser or any losses on the part of third parties;
• If the defects are mechanical by their nature or resulted from mechanical effect;
• Improper operation, installation, use of tools, failure to comply with installation procedure;
• Partial payment will lead to immediate discontinuance of any warranties;
• The seller must be informed about all the damages and defects in writing.

The case is recognized as the warranty case in the event of:

• Geometry change;
• Destruction of the construction;
• Manufacturing defects.

The warranty is valid under the condition the Purchaser has a billing statement bearing the Seller’s seal.
